How do I access the DEEP Store?

  1. I am a DEEP customer 

  2. I can request access directly from my account manager or by sending an e-mail to sales.support.ict@deep.eu

  3. I receive an e-mail inviting me to connect to the DEEP store (beware: the e-mail may be in your spam folder!).

  4. I choose my new password

  5. I can place my orders on my own!

Deliveries are made only in Luxembourg.

A delivery fee of €15 excluding VAT (subject to change) is charged for all orders with a total amount less than €500 excluding VAT. Delivery fees beyond this amount are free.
