DIGORA, a recognized expert in data management and IT infrastructure, changes its name as of July 1st, 2025, to become DEEP, marking a new step in the integration of French expertise within the dynamic of the POST Luxembourg Group, the leading provider of postal and telecommunications services in Luxembourg.

A new identity for a new ambition: DIGORA becomes DEEP

Luxembourg, July 2, 2025

DIGORA, a recognised expert in data and IT infrastructure management, changed its name to DEEP on 1 July 2025, marking a new stage in the integration of French expertise into the vibrant POST Luxembourg Group, Luxembourg's leading postal and telecommunications operator.

This change of identity follows on from the launch of DEEP, an entity created just over a year ago to bring together the telecoms and ICT activities of the POST Luxembourg Group. DEEP in France embodies this ambition: to offer French businesses trusted, sovereign and responsible digital solutions.

DEEP is positioned as an AI Factory Enabler, supporting companies in their digital transformation projects with an approach focused on :

  • Making the most of Data, in particular by relying on ethical and responsible artificial intelligence,
  • Digital sovereignty, thanks to Luxembourg's highly secure infrastructure, recognised as a true European digital vault,
  • Proximity and continuity, with strong roots in France, inherited from DIGORA's history,
  • Strong technological partnerships with market leaders.

Founded in Strasbourg in 1997, DIGORA has built up a relationship of trust with more than 500 customers and now has a team of 110 employees in France. These human and technological resources form the foundation of DEEP in France, which will continue to offer consulting, integration, hosting and managed services. It will also broaden its offering to include emerging technologies such as AI, the sovereign cloud and cybersecurity.

The transformation of DIGORA into DEEP is accompanied by renewed governance. Grégory Lindan, who has over 25 years' experience in IT services (IBM, CGI, Thales), was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2024. He is supported by Sébastien Genesca, Chairman of DEEP's Board of Directors in France and a member of DEEP's Management Committee in Luxembourg.

We've just taken a decisive step: we've gone from a company with 110 employees to an international group with more than 800 employees, united within a powerful group of 4,500 people. This change of name reflects our desire to combine local proximity with technological excellence, in the service of ethical and sovereign digital technology in France. To achieve this, we have set a clear course: to develop and enrich our offerings with those of the group, to support our 500 customers in their digital ambitions around three strategic axes: data & AI, the Cloud and digital innovation’, explains Grégory Lindan, Managing Director of DEEP in France.

DEEP in France is a 100% subsidiary of the POST Luxembourg Group, a public company owned by the Luxembourg State. This link guarantees transparent governance, financial stability and a long-term vision. The aim of this strategic approach is to strengthen Europe's digital sovereignty by building on a strong, long-term operational presence in France and Luxembourg’, says Sébastien Genesca, Chairman of the Board of DEEP in France.

The POST Luxembourg Group is concentrating its efforts on the Luxembourg market, while developing high added-value niche digital services internationally. The launch of DEEP in France illustrates this targeted approach to serving French businesses.
