The commitment period for BusinessEurope plans is 12 or 24 months.

Check your contract end date. If there is more than 1 month remaining before your contract expiry date, it is not possible to proceed with a contract renewal. For any other questions, please contact the free number 8002 4000.

You subscribed to a “Without mobile” plan with a 12-month commitment

You may change your offer within the BusinessEurope range during your commitment period:

  • to a more expensive or less expensive plan;
  • without any penalty fees. Any change of offer automatically results in a new minimum 12-month commitment starting from the date the contract is modified.

You subscribed to a “With mobile” plan with a 12- or 24-month commitment

You may also change your offer within the BusinessEurope range during your commitment period.

  • Any change of offer automatically results in a new minimum 12-month commitment starting from the date the contract is modified.
