Infoelsa migrates its CirisElsa IARD ERP to Oracle Cloud with DEEP

To meet the requirements of a major French insurer, Infoelsa commissioned DEEP France to migrate its CirisElsa IARD ERP to Oracle Cloud: a key project that paves the way for a complete SaaS offering and consolidates their long-term partnership.

Context and challenges

Port a historically On-Premise ERP to a highly available Cloud infrastructure to accelerate product innovation and expand Infoelsa's market.

Customer's activity:

Infoelsa is a French publisher of insurance management solutions (P&C & VIE) founded in 1989 and integrated into the DL Software group since 2020. Its ERPs cover the entire life cycle of insurance policies for insurers and brokers, both in France and internationally.

Support mode:

DEEP designed the Oracle Cloud architecture, carried out the technical migration, set up the build & run environments, as well as ongoing outsourcing and FinOps optimization of the platform.

Cloud collaboration on a turnkey basis

In 2019, Infoelsa duplicated the travel front offices and migrated all data to CIRISELSA on Oracle Cloud, while DEEP France deployed the infrastructure, environments and disaster recovery plan. This phase, covering Europe and Morocco, enabled the rapid launch of new insurance offers and an immediate increase in contracts and transactions, with DEEP continuing to provide build-run and facilities management services.

Towards a complete CIRISELSA PaaS offering

Building on their first collaboration, Infoelsa and DEEP have prepared a turnkey PaaS offering for CIRISELSA IARD: Oracle licenses, application integration, runtime, FinOps and outsourcing. Infoelsa became the insurers' preferred contact for simplifying contracts, while DEEP retained the flexibility of its support. At the same time, Infoelsa rewrote the CIRISELSA back-office in full Web for even smoother Cloud deployment and new high-performance services.
